Hi All,
I am seeing a wired behaviour with CalcPosValue and RectTool.
I have attached the sample project so that you can run it 'as is' to reproduce the problem.
Once the form is loaded, just try to zoom before the rect tool starts.
Zoom very small area (2 pixel or something).
Now zoom again (same two pixel).
You would see the Recttool took the entire area.
This is wired. See the screen shots below -

Ok, I could reproduce your problem and I have added your request in bug list with number [TF02015082]. We will try to fix it in next maintenances releases of TeeChart.Net.
